LoanProz, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for these websites: LoanProz.com™, LoanProz.net, Click2Doc.com, Click2Doc.net, LoanTamercom and others as listed from time to time. 

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site and for security purposes.  We also use cookies to make members access more pleasant.

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about new features and promotional material from some of our partners.  Partners do NOT have access to your information.  Their message is included in our normal email contact.  We average about 10 contacts per year plus any emergency legislation notices.  Only 4 or less promotional emails are sent out per year.

Users may opt-out of receiving future promotional mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. 

Users also have the opportunity to opt-out each time we send a promotional email.  The opt-out is at the bottom of each email.  Users may NOT opt-out of site updates.  You must cancel your membership to cancel site update materials.   

The information that you give when registering is personal to you and is never shared with third parties.  We may include Third Party messages with our promotional material, however, the Third Party will not receive your email address or any personal information.  

You may be offered an opportunity on our site to visit, register or subscribe to other company's products, sites or information.  Please be sure and read each company's Privacy Statement before registering or subscribing.

This site contains links to other sites. LoanProz, Inc is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such other Web sites.

Our online surveys, questionnaires, and order forms ask visitors for contact information and other personal information that is used both individually and aggregately to improve our site and to provide desired content by our Users. 

Aggregate metrics from this data may be shared with other companies, but again, your individual identity and email will not be shared, unless you are requesting a subscription, service, or product  provided by a third party or company.

We may use an outside ad company to display ads on our site. Ads may contain cookies, and appear to be coming from our site, but in reality they are coming from our partners who are serving ads on our site.  

This site makes chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.  The information found in such forums may or may not be reliable.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. The security measures consist of having limited employee access to the information, regular changes of security codes, passwords and technology traps that aid in misleading hackers and obtaining their identity.

We use third parties with a greater ability to handling secure transactions, credit and payment information than we could provide on our own.  No payment or credit information is collected nor maintained by LoanProz, Inc.  

Please review all transaction providers privacy policies prior to purchases.  While we have selected these providers based on our review of their security measures and privacy protection to our satisfaction, we do not warrant their services, nor represent they are adequate for your requirements.  Should you have concerns, it is up to you to do your own due diligence.

We Stealth Protect our site by proprietary means whereby our concepts and materials are mapped and the Web is actively searched for unique identifiers or patterns duplicating or similar to our site.  Some of these methods may follow the IP trail you leave behind and search along the path for our material. Since this is still an experimental technology, we are unable to state whether this poses any additional privacy issues for the User.  Our view is that is no different that being electronically searched by a store when you leave their premises.  In plain speak, understand that the materials on the LoanProz.com are our ideas and materials and may not be taken off site without license giving specific permission.  You may not publish or rebroadcast materials from this site. You have agreed to these terms in using our site under the Terms Of Service Contract.

Choice / Opt-Out /  Cancel Membership

This site gives users the following options for removing their information from our database to not receive future communications or to no longer receive our service.

1. To opt-out of promotional email, you can send email to support@LoanProz.com with the subject: "Opt-Out".
2. We DO NOT publish member lists. Each promotional email gives member the Opt-Out address. All registrants are initially placed in our mailing list and informed at registration.  At any point after registration, a registrant will have the ability to Opt-Out from promotional material by replying to the promotional email as instructed at the bottom of the email.
3. To stop email about site updates and site use materials, you must stop using our site and cancel your membership with LoanProz.  
   Send your request for removal to support@LoanProz.com .  All accounts and services may be immediately deleted including any online file storage, websites, etc. obtained through your LoanProz registration and membership.  For your security, all cancellation will be verified by replying to the email address registered requesting confirmation of cancellation of account.
